Reception girl was very nice and friendly, we used the next door bakery in the morning, hotel guests had discounts. "The studio was amazing and the AC worked great during the heatwave. The only thing that was confusing was the check in process. Make sure you email them with when you are coming and they will meet you in front. The address is 3c not 3a so make sure you know which building to go to. The are not on the same side of the side street. Their elevator is out of order so if you cannot do stairs, double check with them that the elevator is fixed. "

"Great location on the Pest side of the river, close to everything, steps away from the Chain Bridge, St. Stephens and countless eateries. Super clean throughout, helpful and friendly staff made the stay really enjoyable. Only issue was the hot tub was not working (hasn't for some time as we recommended the hotel to friends who stayed their a month before...). Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. A/C worked great, especially since we visited Budapest during record heat. Breakfast buffet was of very good quality and catered to must every taste. We would certainly stay here again when visiting Budapest"
