"Excellent location to enjoy the beaches and restaurants of castiglione della Pescaia, and to drive to other nearby beaches and ports. The hotel has free car parking about 10min walk from the hotel. Lovely hotel room with lots of space and a comfy bed. Very clean room and bathroom and useful kitchen facilities. Could have done with more coat-hangers in the wardrobe, and they probably would have provided some if we'd bothered to ask! Thank you!!!"

"Excellent location in the centre of Chianni, which was perfect for exploring the local area and eating out. The staff were all very friendly and the continental breakfast was nice. There was a small refrigerator in the room and if there was just one extra small thing that would have been nice, it would have been some coffee making facilities in the room itself. Overall a lovely stay with the brilliant restaurant to dine at."

"Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. There is a long shopping street running parallel to the property's road. Our apartment was stunning! Beautifully designed, bright and spacious.
