Rooms clean, excellent showers. Air conditioning worked well in all the rooms, keeping a constant temperature. Swimming pool very useful. Had to use towels from room to go to pool 😟, unless you paid extra for replacements. All in all though great find, and location was perfect to head out to Pisa via the train.

The property seemed very new and was very clean and spacious. We did have a room with a terrace but being December and in the middle of a storm we didnt get to use it but I'd imagine it would be lovely on a nice warm evening. It is overlooked by high rise buildings so not private. We felt very welcome on arrival and were shown how to use the facilities. The rooms are above a restaurant which even though they had a party that evening we didn't hear much noise and very local to the main streets...

FANTASTIC. Great location, very clean. Very easy arrival at B&B, excellent communication. Shower Very good, pillows lovely, croissants, pastries, yoghurt, fruit and water in room for breakfast. Mini fridge in room. Hot water available in communal area for the lots of tea we had (Had to take our favourite Waitrose Decaf teabags with us!) Also communal area has a microwave. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND

Excellent location in the centre of Chianni, which was perfect for exploring the local area and eating out. The staff were all very friendly and the continental breakfast was nice. There was a small refrigerator in the room and if there was just one extra small thing that would have been nice, it would have been some coffee making facilities in the room itself. Overall a lovely stay with the brilliant restaurant to dine at.

Clean room, bathroom was lovely, easy check-in

Room and bathrooms were very clean. It is clear the property is well managed. I had no issues.

Yes it is a bit away from the centre but a 20 min bus ride for €1.20 is well worth it.Breakfast as expected as it is continental but everything on offer.Staff very good especially Eliza who went out of her way to help advise and assist. It is on the flight path but you do not stay in the hotel all day and there are no flights at night.Shower a bit small but nothing wrong with spray as it can be adjusted.(Lever on cap).Comfortable bed with extra pillows if required.Pizzeria just down the road and...

Just bed and breakfast, but a comfortable room with all ensuite. Quiet location, handy for everything shops, trains, airport and so close to the tower, check it's not falling!
