"An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge...

"I am very much torn here because I want La Briosa and Bolzano to remain a secret because it is such a special hotel in a magical place. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon after excellent stops in Rome, Florence, and Venice. La Briosa in Bolzano has been hands down the highlight of our trip by far. 5 stars are not nearly enough to rate La Briosa. Our room was spacious with a breathtaking view of the mountains overlooking town. The staff was friendly and caring. Breakfast was sumptuous and...

"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "
