"As the old expression goes, "You can put lipstick on a pig...but it's still a pig" This building and I believe all the Carpenteria Vagabond Motels were former MOTEL 6s. Nobody tells you this. There is no sound insulation between the floors and the walls...you can hear you neighbors doing everything. ..."
