"The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect. Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater. Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings. Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. "

"Note to self, book direct and not through Expedia. Property was fine but we paid for breakfast through Expedia booking and it was not notated upon our arrival. Rooms were fine, sufficient. hotel was old but kept up fine. There were plenty of restaurants and a Boulangerie close by as well as a pharmacy. Groceries within walking distance. We liked that the Eiffel Tower was visible from street, walkable in about 20 mins. And arc de triumph was about a 12 min walk also. There was a park very close...

"Perfect place for our family to stay in Paris! The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. They even found some gluten-free bread for our kids. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Our rooms were clean and bright. If you’re a light sleeper, reserve a room facing the courtyard, not the street. The location couldn’t be beat. Walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Convenient to several metro lines, which got us to Montmartre, the Louvre, and everything else we wanted to...

"There was no AC or hair conditioner in our room, but otherwise it was very nice. Would be nervous to come in Summer without the AC!"

"The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and the metro station is also just 3–5 minutes away, which was very convenient. The lift is small, but two of us could fit with our luggage without any problem. The shampoo wasn’t great, but the conditioner was okay. In terms of cleanliness, it wasn’t dirty, but it could have been a bit better. We did notice a strand of hair in the duvet, which wasn’t very pleasant. On the positive side our room was nice, warm, and cozy."

"Location was excellent, very walkable throughout the 16th. (Arc de Triomphe, champ’s élysées, Eiffel Tower, etc…). Small hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with beautiful bathroom. Bookable private spa in basement, 1hr of complete privacy with pool, loungers, shower, sauna, music and hammam. Make sure you book your spa time in advance because it fills up quickly. "

"It was just 10 minutes walk to Eiffel tower, surrounded by good restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the train station. Safe area. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Shout out to ANA one of the receptionist she was really nice and answered all our inquiries!"
