"Staff were hit and miss. Lucy checked me in and was great but Grace refused to let me borrow a charger even though she said there was a box full in lost property. Breakfast staff not brilliant either. Asked for a pot to put sauce in too be told to put straight on plate, why? Lager in bar was flat except the one that costs £7.95. Dont take cash. Room was only ok. Would not rush back."

The included breakfast was far more than the usual American continental breakfast with several nice options you can order from a menu. The onsite restaurant was great and the rooftop bar was a bonus with an amazing view."
