"The ID cards were out of service. The staff were stretched thin and it was miserable asking for permission to enter every time. They fixed it the day we were leaving. But on duty personnel during the days made zero effort."

"Good bed, breakfast and air conditioning, but the room was not “cosy”, it was the smallest I’ve seen, The bathroom door didn’t properly, the space between the sink and the shower cabin so small that a larger person would not have been able to use the toilet and to get to the other side of the bed ..."
