The room was outstanding and I really appreciate how even though I arrived outside reception hours, I was greeted by a staff member within 5 min and my problem was resolved with no questions asked. The internet and so Netflix was all over the shop, (it kept dropping out), we will blame that on the weather. LOved that we could open the windows and the room had a ceiling fan; we didn't use the A/C at all."
