"Beautiful property with a Great Lake view. Communication between different parts - reception and restaurant was poor hence caused confusion which resulted in extra charges. The management was not ready to solve the problem at first. So the experience was ruined. The next day the management agreed to meet halfway and offered a complimentary boat trip but since the experience was already ruined, we wanted to leave. But all the members of staff were very polite throughout the stay. And the spa...
