However, I would be remiss not to give a specific shout out to Sarah in the International Lounge. She was so pleasant, and welcoming each night. We would definitely stay at the Washington Plaza again."

The evening and night front desk team provided excellent service; they were professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The valet parking staff were also outstanding—quick, courteous, and efficient. On top of that, the room itself was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. "I love CitizenM hotels! Clean, comfy beds, a restaurant available all day and into the evening with reasonably priced food and drink options, fun decor, and books everywhere."

"Great choice for a short stay and if you're on a budget. My room was on the 2nd floor and facing H Street, so the only drawback was that the street noise was a bit loud. However, overall I really liked my room (it was so cute) and the location was great. Very walkable to eateries, museums, etc. I'd definitely stay there again!"
