"The hotel is very old but nicely updated. They offer a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are a nice size and bathrooms are spacious. Not too many amenities but you don’t need them if you are just spending the night before flying out. We walked to the bakery, pub and gelato (which is right down the alley). We also had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. The check in clerk was super nice and very helpful."

"This hotel was so excellent..shuttle service to and from Malpensa Airport...breakfast had many choices and everything was very tasty and fresh.The staff was extremely helpful and even printed our boarding passes for us. Our room was ample and nice and quiet with very comfortable beds.Two wonderful restaurants are down the block within a 5 minute walk.If you need a hotel near the Malpensa airport this is the one to choose."

"The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom shower was so small it was hard to squeeze into. Room was clean and a decent restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast good. Best of all was the shuttle to the airport."

"Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."

"I recently stayed here and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room felt very dated and lacked the cleanliness one would expect. It had an overall old and somewhat filthy appearance, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or accommodating, which added to my dissatisfaction. I hope the hotel can improve in these areas because with some renovations and better service, it could...

"Staff was extremely helpful especially with an early morning checkout. TV did not work the whole time, and room was bland but we booked for view and location, not luxuriousness of room. Small bathroom, but functional. Great drinks and nice breakfast. Breakfast was good and plentiful and was $15/person. Overall great stay and very convenient location beside ferry station. "
