"Night Employee was rude made it seem like I was a bother to her, Breakfast was a joke Place looked like it maybe going through a remodel (i hope) door going into the bathroom was falling off lock on door to room barely worked had to go back to front desk 4 times cause keys wouldnt work. The lever to get out of on of the doors was broken and falling off hallway smelled of weed I wouldnt recommend staying there especially if you have kids"

"My overall impression was just “meh”. There was no one monitoring the front desk. Finally saw a tiny sign that said to call 0 for help. So I did from the landline on the desk. After ringing for quite a while a man came from the back dressed like a mechanic. He had on a company shirt, but didn’t look professional and didn’t act particularly professional. No greeting. Hardly any engagement. The whole hotel desperately needs to be updated. The dishwasher was running loudly when we got to our room...

"Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds but small pillows. Noisy AC. Ask for lot facing room to avoid street noise because it was loud. Front desk clerk was a sweetheart. Breakfast staff seemed stressed but the breakfast options were great including waffles. The lobby was bright and spacious. The pools were cold! Hot tub was nice. Unfortunately there was a group of 7 adults who ruined the pool experience. Extremely loud, vaping, cannon balling, splashing one another to the point of which I had...
