Lovely hotel in centre of village, room was very spacious and clean. Reception staff very welcoming on arrival and helpful. Free parking was available in nearby public car park.

Beautiful property in a very beautiful location. Breakfast is very good and the staff is extremely helpful.

Lovely place very charming and full of character. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We will be back!

The most tranquil stay in the Tuscan countryside. The views are incredible and the staff are so welcoming. The ideal destination to switch off for a few days.

The staff were amazing , made me feel well at home right from the word go

amazing property in quite location

We enjoyed our stay here, we booked two nights and ate at their restaurant one of those nights. The food and wine were very enjoyable with a beautiful setting. The staff were great. The free breakfast was very good, a mix a fresh fruit and treats with eggs to order, the coffee was very good. The rooms are a little dated, our toilet seat was broken (room number 5) which was annoying, other than that the bathrooms were ok and a good size. Overall we’d recommend this place, it’s good value for...

Great location, amenities and the staff were very helpful - particularly great restaurant recommendations! We’ll be back!

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights so got to know the area and hotel well. The location is excellant for exploring the very best Tuscany can offer. The owner and staff were very helpful and always on hand to assist. We also travelled with our 19 month daughter and the hotel was very child friendly. Overall I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Great stay.

Other than the fact that the bathroom was unbearably hot (no AC), we had a wonderful stay!

Lovely small hotel, large comfortable rooms with good facilities. Easy parking nice pool and Francesco, the owner, really helpful. Very good breakfast you largely pre-order

Delightful setting in Tuscan country-side. Very welcoming and attentive staff. Excellent food and wines - organically produced on the property's own farm

We were travelling as a family of four. We had booked the Montepulciano 2 bedroom suite, but were delighted to be told on arrival that we'd been upgraded to the best villa on resort(!), Villa Nobile. This included a private pool and hot tub, all with fantastic views across the Tuscan countryside. The accommodation was v high standard and extremely luxurious. The service was fantastic, especially Natalia on arrival. If you're visiting on a Friday, then recommend joining the bbq...great food and...

What a lovely hotel in the heart of Montepulciano! The staff (I assume the family) were so friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely! I only stayed for one night but I wish I stayed longer.

An Incredible Terrace with the Most Amazing Views! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is beautifully restored and in a fantastic location in Pienza, just off Piazza Pio II. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, with good bedding and a lovely large bathroom. The room itself was simple but very comfortable and had everything we needed. However, the absolute highlight of this hotel is the terrace. The views across the Val d’Orcia are quite simply out of this world! You could sit there for hours just taking it...

Amazing location, very accommodating, clean and good breakfast

Best of the best! Unbelievable stay in an incredible property. It doesn’t get better than this. Personal, friendly, wonderful!

My partner and I stayed at the heavenly Lupaia to start our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The incredible attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Every part of our stay was outstanding, from the brilliant team (each and every one of them) to the setting, the stunning pool, wonderful food and atmosphere - we cannot wait to come back to this Tuscan paradise!
