The room was quite dated as was the whole hotel. There was a laundry truck unloading for about two hours in between 2-4 am outside the room in the back alley (rough timings, I wasn't checking the clock in the middle of the night). Very clean. Soundproofing was excellent given the location. Check-in and check-out was painless. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. One minor gripe would be the lack of USB charging points in our room.
