"The shower had rust and the room had some dead bugs. The sheets were old, but clean. For a Motel 6, it was pretty good."

"Wallpaper was pealing from walls. Hole (from burn?) in bedspread. Hole worn into seat of arm chair. No coffee or tea in lobby or way to make it in room. Lots of construction material blocking some parking spaces. TV worked fine. Bed was comfortable. AC was cold. Right in town so close to many places to eat. For one night this was okay."

"The Golden Inn in its day was the perfect place to stay. And for me, today it is still the perfect place to stay. The Golden Inn is one of those mature roadside motels I remember staying in as a kid while on family trips. I was in the area for a couple of days for a little gathering and needed a place to sleep and shower. As mentioned, the Golden Inn is an older motel with modern updates"
