"The property is in need of renovation. There is mold on the windows, the bed Is very uncomfortable the carpets in the hallways are dirty the rooms are old and not nice. I would not recommend this place. "

Só a cama que não achamos confortável, o colchão não fez com que tivéssemos uma noite de sono satisfatório. Nos demais tudo foi muito bom."

"Very nice but basic hotel. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The best thing is the location! It has excellent access to Parque Barigui right across the street. There is a bike rental stand steps from the door. There is several restaurants and a gas station across the street also. "
