"Excellent location for walking with several selection of restaurants. Property is excellently maintained like a tropical paradise. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly, helpful."

"The rooms were not clean. We find hair everywhere, on pillows, blankets, shower walls, and bath floors. We constantly smell the scent of weed as well. As for services, it wasn’t the greatest or friendliest. When we first arrived, I called guest services wanting extra pillows due to getting a room with sofa bed expecting there to be extra linen and pillows for the sofa bed, but there wasn’t any. So I called guest services and my phone call was ignored for about 5 minutes, so I hung up, and...

"Clean room and spacious"

"The hotel was clean and the staff (Sandy and Tim)went beyond to make our stay wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect (restaurants and shops), great view of the ocean from our room. We we surely return for a longer stay in the future."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Front desk staff were very nice. Amenities looked great, didn’t get to use many. Restaurant was very good."

"The room only gets cleaned every other day, which is not ideal."

"Elevators broke down, A/C stop working during a sweltering weekend and didn’t work until 6:30 at night, room keys didn’t work, phone and TV didn’t work in room. No “Do Not Disturb” sign so came in and changed sheets after one night (rare these days) and took a big clip needed for ostomy bag! Worst stay imaginable!!"

"The staff were amazing. Zijon at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent. We were 3 80 year old ladies who graduated high school together in 1965 and everyone at the hotel were so kind to us. We plan on coming back every year."
