The hotel was comfortable and well-located (visavis Milan Linate airport). The staff were friendly and helpful. The key challenges for me were - 1) A pool exists but isn't open. I wish they made that very clear before we booked as the pool was a big reason to choose the Novotel. 2) Hardly any good ...

Fint och rent hotell! Läget är bra ur ett logistiskt perspektiv, med bra förbindelser. Väldigt trevliga människor i närområdet! Enda minuset med hotellet är deras kuddar, som är det absolut värsta jag sovit på!
