"Clean room. Tv didn’t work, room phone-dead, no elevators for 3 floors of rooms, no curtains, just a pull down blind that really didn’t block the light coming in. Would NOT recommend."

"I booked the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa because I told me it was THE place to stay in the Rochester area. I left wondering what all the hype was about.
