"Sheets were clean, but the headboard was nasty. Floor was iffy. Half old carpet and half hardwood. AC didn't work well. Room was damp and smelled funny. Left us 3 towels for 4 people. Beds very old and worn out. Breakfast was a bag with a granola bar and a muffin bar. No decaf coffee. Pool area smelled bad. Water was nasty. Even after washing our hair, it still smelled. Located 20 minutes from West point was one of the very few positives. We paid almost $200/night so we were quite dissatisfied."

"While the first appearance seemed dull and unexciting (boring area), the hotel made up for it. Very clean, very quiet, and good complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. Beds were comfortable. Hotel honored my request for a quiet room away from the elevator. Good location to get back on the highway and very quick drive to restaurants etc. I’d recommend it - the only negative is the extra $100 that shows up on the charge without explanation. (Was auto removed within a day)"

"I liked how spacious the room was for us. The breakfast was portable so we could eat breakfast with our dog. The dog walking area was clean and bags were provided. Snacks were available on site. Nice distance for trip to Beacon."

"There was a female women at the front desk made the check in simple and fast, and was very pleasant, clean rooms and public areas. Now the bad.......the elevator kept breaking down, we were on the fourth floor, I had surgery and with 4 kids and our luggage this was not a good. It could have been shared on check in that the elevators were going in and out of service."
