"Me and my family stayed here twice over the past three weeks and we really enjoyed our stays. In the height of summer the air-con was such a blessing, as the other hotels we have stayed in did not have ac, which made sleep incredibly difficult. "Terrible experience, 1st night room was like a shoe box extremely hot in this heat wave with no air con and windows open 2inches with massive extractor fan outside very noisy and smelly, complained but waste time staff didn't want to know, took 2 & half hours of complaining at night to get them to turn extractor off so we could get some sleep, went off nearly 2am! "Overall, it was a nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The facilities were simple, including the traditional hotel key, which gave the hotel an olden feel. The room was comfortable and well presented. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a mini fridge in the rooms, as this would be very convenient for guests. In addition, during hot weather, providing portable air conditioning units would make the stay much more comfortable, especially in both standard and family rooms."
