Great service, lovely staff, and very clean

Amazing experience, I recommend for everyone. The food is delicious, the service is 7 stars. Nice people, nice view.

As the title suggest it is just that. the staff work on a " yes can do basis". The management and staff acknowledges your presence with a nice and short greeting each time and everytime wherever you find yourself. The restaurant waiting staff are very discrete and offers top service without being prompted. The CEO extended his oiwn personal welcome at a cocktail party was most gracious.

The larger 4-bed villa that I booked was lovely; we also saw the inside of a smaller 3-bed unit, and it looks like the 3-bed ones have had a bit of a refurb that hasn’t reached the 4-bed villa yet, but it was honestly lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially our cleaner Marie, who was an absolute star. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent food and service

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Hilton in Mauritius. The hotel's about an hour's walk from the town of Flic en Flac, but there are always plenty of taxis outside the hotel that will take you there. The secluded location makes this a very relaxing place to stay. Our room was large, with the biggest bed ever and spacious marble bathroom. Room was extremely comfortable and the service is exceptional. Note the sea here can be too shallow to swim in at low tide, and we stayed during a neep tide when the water was too low to use the pedaloes, canoes etc. Highly recommend the trip to swim with dolphins arranged by the hotel, note you need to be a strong swimmer though to jump off the boat on cue and swim rapidly to keep up with them - children under 12 probably couldn't manage it. Attractive, well designed property in beautiful location with good quality food.

The reception staff was excellent.tbe check in was smooth. Got help from the bagagiste. There was adequate free parking for our rented car. The lunch from the Japanese sextion was absolutely delightful. Going tk Caudan was very easy due to the free water taxi

The Family suite bubble was comfortable and equipped with all you need.

This is a charming boutique hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Janey the cook and her assistant Anushka prepare delicious meals, which are served directly overlooking the sea. Villa Anakao is not situated in a tourist spot. There is a nearby fish stall on a nearby beach which is worth a visit. This hotel is certainly not posh. It is real Mauritius, but is nevertheless a great place to relax after a day of exploring the island, and a fraction of the cost of the much smarter big brand...

Not a bad word to say about this place. Beautiful setting, right on the beach. Hotel and grounds are amazing and very well kept - garden areas with four poster beds are just heaven. Took a walk up past the Hilton - really glad we picked Sofitel. From what we could see, much nicer beach and garden areas - and cheaper too. Hotel staff are amazing, make you feel very welcome. On site restaurants are good, if pricey. But its only 400 rupees in a taxi into Flic & Flic where you can eat in some...

Beautiful beach, gardens and accommodation. Super friendly, helpful and professional staff Good food with variety of options. Very quiet and relaxing.

We went for knowing we wanted a lazy holiday. Our aim was to spend as much time on a sun lounger as possible and I think we managed pretty well. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are SO helpful and we possible the best massages in the Spa we've ever had. We explored the 2 towns close to the resort; Port Louis seemed to be more of a day time excursion, the markets are great and its def worth a visit, but beware of getting hassled (its pretty much the opposite of been in the hotel). Great value for money. Very cheap & chearfull. Breakfast was nice. Very good customer service. I will definitely stay here again
