"The staff was very kind and helpful! We had to fly from Florence to Zurich and did not want to take our big luggage, so they held our luggage for us. Then they had it in our room for us upon our return to Florence. They even remembered each of our names when we returned several days later, and we really felt like guests instead of just another number. I can not thank them enough for their hospitality!"

"This was the most beautiful property up in the hills, but only a couple of miles from the city center. The breakfast was great as you sit outside looking at the gardens and surrounding country side. The room was very clean with a great view of the hilly area. Very friendly staff made us feel welcome. The hotel even has a complimentary shuttle to get you closer to the city center. "The staff was TOP NOTCH! The friendliest most helpful people I’ve ever encountered. They go above and beyond to make sure you are more than satisfied.

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The pool was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. The laundry room was also very convenient and well-maintained, which made the stay even easier for longer visits.
The bar staff stood out as well—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming, which added a really nice touch to the overall experience.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider coming back and would recommend it to other travelers looking for a relaxing...
