"Our stay at Grand Hotel Baglioni was nothing short of perfection. The staff were helpful and our room was clean. We had our complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us after a long travel. The hotel location was important to us as we wanted a stay at place that we could have access to the main sites. The hotel is literally across Santa Maria Novella train station. It’s a short walk to the Duomo, shops, cafe, grocery store (Conad) and even a self-serve laundry."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and its was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The location is amazing, it is SO central to everything from the train station to the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The hotel was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the east building which is a separate building from the main building, it’s literally right next door to the main building, but it was fine because they actually upgraded our room. I would definitely stay here again. "
