"This is a quirky place that houses many students and teachers who are studying or teaching abroad. Rooftop bar and small pool. Game room, decent breakfast, free laundromat in the building, and convenient to the train station. Tram line right outside the door and a restaurant and cafe within the building. I’ve stayed there twice. Friendly and helpful staff. Not right next to the historic center but easy to walk to or you can take the tram close."
