A localização é excelente, o serviço de praia é maravilhoso e os funcionários são muito atenciosos, nos dão todo o suporte necessário. Recomendo o hotel!

Péssimo

Hotel péssimo, muito sujo, baratas e insetos no quarto e banheiro. A piscina aquecida é verde de tão suja, peguei pão mofo no café da manhã. Jamais voltarei. As únicas coisas boas são a educação e cordialidade dos funcionarios e a localização, o restante foi uma decepção total.

A localização é simplesmente fantástica! Você sai do quarto e já pisa na areia da praia. Porém, o quarto é bem simples, embora bem espaçoso (pelo menos o que fiquei). Mas estava muito deteriorado, e tinha baratas andando pelo apartamento. O café da manhã é bem razoável. Mas com tudo a vista e instalações são ótimas. Recomendo.

Quarto de frente para o mar excelente.

Por ser baixa temporada, não tinha serviço de praia no hotel, nada para comer e beber durante o dia, restaurante fechado, mesmo assim excelente hotel e localização.

Older but nice location

The hotel is older and could use a refresh to say the least. Many things are broken or have been replaced/fixed with lesser quality over the years. The check in process and staff were wonderful and helpful as well. They answered all our questions and were always available and friendly. The onsite restaurant has limited options, but the staff was also very polite. The food did not impress, but it was not bad at all. Breakfast is included in the price and was consistent each day. The wifi was inconsistent with speed and connection too. It seemed to go in spurts where it was fine and then it would just disconnect on all devices. This was both in the room and in the common areas. The bedrooms each had an air conditioner and they kept the room cool. They were newer units as the older and I assume original units are still in place. Beds were fine and comfortable with no complaints. The beach was clean and there was plenty of room available. It's a public beach and the local kids setup a soccer game directly in front of the hotel a few times, but they left after an hour or so. A few local vendors also came by selling everything from kites to churros. Within walking distance there are a few beachside restaurants available. There is a pharmacy and a gas station right next door for any quick items. Two sushi locations are within minutes by foot as well.

já nos hospedamos em Risorts e hotéis a beira mar, mas ficamos um pouco decepcionados com a estrutura do hotel, estrutura antiga nos quartos, colchoes velhos, elevador velho e sujo, limpeza atrasada, ( ficamos 3 dias tivemos que pedir pra que fossem limpar e levar toalhas limpas ) segamos na quinta, somente pendindo foram limpar o quarto no sabado.... Piscina interna quente - horrivel de suja, a agua e as bordas,,,,,, entretanto o atendimento dos funcionários de recepção , restaurante , a comida, tudo muito bom....

Estadia em fevereiro

Os quartos são grandes com uma boa sacada. O café de manhã é muito bom. As piscinas do boas e o hotel é bem localizado. Mas tem uns problemas que considero graves e me fizeram dar uma nota ruim para o hotel: O Wi-Fi é muito ruim. No restaurante tem muita mosca e não é muito limpo. Não há controle na praia para a entrada de pessoas que não são hóspedes. Em um dos dias que eu estava na piscina entraram pela praia 2 pessoas e entraram na piscina. Não há segurança. Tem muito argentino no hotel. Eles fumam em todos os lugares sem se preocupar com as pessoas em volta. O hotel devia proibir isso.

considero ,una excelente estadía ,con un local de muy buena ubicación ,a la vera del mar ,con unas comodidades demasiado buena ,con sus habitaciones muy cómodas .con vista al mar muy silencioso , especial para el descanso , con buen ambiente y buen espacio para dividir con los chicos ,cuenta con dos piscinas ,una de ellas climatizadas y la otra al aire libre ,muy bien cuidadas ,un restaurante con muy buena comida ,con muy buen gusto ,con precios bien accesibles ,los servicios de la playa ,con la provision de sillas ,mesas , toallas y con personales muy activo y buena atencion,el local se mantiene muy limpio y muy bien cuidado.

Ano novo maravilhoso

A estadia foi ótima. Passamos o reveillon de 2018 maravilhoso. O atendimento de todos os funcionários é excepcional. São muito educados! O buffet era delicioso. O quarto que fiquei era muito bom, mesmo. O único desconforto foi que entre as comodidades descritas e citadas no momento em que fechei a compra era que o quarto possuía secador de cabelos e quando cheguei lá não tinha.

Boa opção praia pé na areia

Hotel fica bem localizado, em frente à praia dos Ingleses, quarto grande, com sala, e cozinha, dormitório e wc, mas na cozinha so tem geladeira e bancada com a pia, falta utensílios domésticos, ou cafeteira, para que se faça uso desta cozinha, não tem nada, nem pano de prato. Não entendi a serventia da cozinha. Também o sofa da sala é uma bicama, muito desconfortável, como também é desconfortável a cama de casal. Falta também opção de mais canais de TV. Café da manhã muito bom, a estrutura do hotel é muito boa, tem piscinas, sauna, etc. Os funcionários são muito gentis.

Boa, mas a festa da virada do ano não foi agradável. Pois se excedeu para além do horário estipulado para acabar. Nem todos os hospedes queria amanhecer. A maioria das pessoas que se encontrava no resido não era hospede, pois não portavam a pulseira de identificação.
