Mal cuidado.

Hotel mal cuidado, atendimento ruim, tivemos que carregar nossas bagagens, ninguém para ajudar, o estacionamento é o pátio do hotel, mas é cobrado, café muito simples, serviço de bar carissimo.

Hotel com boa estrutura de lazer, localizado em bairro calmo, para quem quer descansar. Café da manhã muito simples e com poucas opções. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Apesar da estrutura antiga, o hotel se mantem muito bem cuidado. Excelente Custo-benefício.

o quarto grande , mas as cortinas não deixam ele todo escuro , o banheiro não foi limpo direito pois quando entramos notamos que tinha uma gilete no chão bem próximo ao box e resto de sabonete , e plástico de sabonete usada . as camas como pedimos para juntar foi feito e são muito confortáveis. café da manha muito bom .

O maior destaque foi para o funcionário na recepção que nos atendeu... chegamos de noite na data 10/10/2020, Foi o único local Que passamos onde na recepção (esse funcionário) seguiu totalmente as regras preventivas da pandemia de covid-19... Está de parabéns !!!!

Atendimento muito bom, estrutura a desejar

Atendimento excelente do início ao fim da hospedagem, mesmo depois de já ter saído do hotel quando percebi que poderia ter esquecido um remédio que precisava tomar no dia seguinte. Quarto confortável e adequado ao padrão de quarto com acessibilidade/adaptado para pessoa com deficiência. Os cobertores oferecidos poderiam ser melhores, tanto em tamanho (havia apenas um cobertor no quarto quando chegamos, em tamanho insuficiente para duas pessoas) quanto em qualidade (quando nos trouxeram um segundo cobertor o estado de conservação dele não era muito bom). Único quesito em que o hotel deixa totalmente a desejar é a acessibilidade para pessoas com deficiência, pois todos os acessos se dão por escadas, tanto que nosso café da manhã foi oferecido no quarto pois o acesso ao salão da refeição era somente por escadas.

Bom custo benefício em Floripa

Reserva fácil pelo Hoteis.com, preço justo, Check-in Tranquilo. Quarto confortável, com banheiro um pouco desatualizado, com uma banheira que não podia ser usada e de difícil acesso ao box. Staff muito simpático. Café da manhã honesto. Não gostei da cobrança pelo estacionamento, visto que o terreno é do próprio hotel e não há a ecessidade de manobrista. ótima localização, entre o centro e as praias do Norte, próximo ao shopping.

Quarto muito simples, coisas velhas no quarto, paranho de arranha da tv, chuveiro com pouca água, ao redor do hotel muita sujeita, sala de jogos com itens velhos caindo, estacionamento pago o que não é avisado antes. Diz que tem acesso a praia porem não tem. Quarto com péssima isolação, muito barulho no quarto. O café da manhã é bom.
