"BEWARE! The pictures you see of the beach are not what you get. We were there for four days and two of them, the seaweed was a foot high, hot and smelly and went into the water so you couldn’t just step over it. "This place is a total jem!!! Suites are two bedroom, one bath, kitchen with everything you need, balcony,livingroom. Very updated, great ait conditiining with ceiling fans. Very close to punta gorda, nice beaches. This property has tons of shops,restaurants. Literally, if you stay here, you wouldn't have to leave, you could just stay in the rooms eat at the restaurants.There's a nice pool, but no beach on the property. I really really recommend this property"

"Venice Villas kennen wir von vorherigen Aufenthalten, nur diesmal war es kontaktlos. Die Kommunikation verlief etwas schleppend, man bekam nicht wirklich zügig eine Antwort. Zum Glück bekamen wir rechtzeitig den schlüsselcode und die Zimmernummer mitgeteilt, da wir nur bedingt Wifi hatten. Ansonsten war es schön wie immer."

Our host (Brittany) was very helpful when we needed her.the pool area was clean the only thing I would like to see more umbrella for more shade. "Nice little cottage style apartment setting. We enjoyed it. Convenient location, nicely updated rooms complete with kitchen. Relatively short walk to beach, especially compared to expansive beaches in public beach area of Siesta Key. Free trolley up to Village of Siesta for dining, bars, etc. Close to southern cluster of bars. Chair rentals guys staking out chunks of beach is not ideal but par for the course in Florida I guess. "Very nice apartment. The pool was clean and property well kept. The only downside was that it was quite a walk to the beach. It is on the beach but about 7-10 walk to the water. All of the hotels are just as far from the water."

"Beautiful individual cabins in a repurposed mobile home park. The cabins are beautifully crafted and completely wooden and traditional. Only issue was that during check-in, the property details did not update with our door code and we had to call the property management. Still highly recommend."
