"Hotel is okay, wouldnt stay there again. Toilet vent don't work, whole feel of room is musty, smells terrible. Room was different than what front desk said. Overall just bad place "

"You definitely get what you pay for. As the sheets, tubs, and toilet was clean, the floor could’ve been mopped and disinfected as you walk right into the room from the parking. One particular day as well I left the “do not disturb” tag but it must have flew off because the maid service went in and left new towels. The pool was not in working condition as well. The best part was Mel’s Diner next door which had fabulous food. "

"The property is very old and in bad shape. All the outlets were worn out. Small TV. Shower barely worked. Furniture worn out. Carpets filthy. The only part of the breakfast that was ok was the coffee. Cereals mislabeled. Bagels stale. "

"I arrived around 4:20 PM when checkin was supposed to be at 3. The lobby was full of people (10ish) who were all waiting for rooms that were not ready. The front desk staff explained that they were short staffed. One group said they had been waiting since before 3 PM. When I spoke with the front desk staff, they said it would be a least another 30 minutes and did not even take my name down to ensure that there would be a first come, first assigned process. The young lady was very pleasant though. I was in town for an event, and went ahead and left to go to that and returned around 11 PM and found that one of the others in our party was assigned my single queen bed instead of 2 double beds that they needed. Not a big deal, just more evidence of sloppiness. My room appeared clean, but when I went to take a shower after walking around on the faux flooring a bit, there was obvious dirt that followed me into the shower. When I checked out the next morning, I discovered that the hotel charged only $127.09 but Hotels.com charged me $152.20. This is not HomeTowne Studios' fault and I will be following up with Hotels.com about the difference."

"We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect — right by the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made everything so convenient. They were also kind enough to accommodate a late checkout for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay and we will definitely be back!"

"Room was clean and tidy, very spacious and the kitchen was perfect for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable and rooms serviced daily. I picked the location as it was central to everywhere I needed to go. I highly recommend this property. "

"Overall, we found the hotel to be cute. The staff was very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The decor was contemporary and funky unfortunately, they have one sliding door that either doubles as the shower door or the bathroom door so you can’t use both at the same time and have privacy in both rooms. Also, the way the mirror is positioned you can actually see someone showering from the master bedroom. There’s also the vanity sink is in the master bedroom itself so if someone is sleeping and someone else wants to use the vanity they cannot do it without disturbing the other guest. There were exposed outlets with no outlet plates on our balcony and wires exposed hanging out of the ceiling, which can’t be safe and certainly is unsightly. The breakfast buffet was all junk food- like waffles, cereal, bagels. There was no fruit so if you’re hoping for healthy breakfast options, it’s not the best. Overall, I feel like it was good value for the price, but they definitely need to do a little cleanup and attention to detail. I would still definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. I just hope they read this review and make those adjustments. "
