"I booked a superior 1bedroom patio ocean view room. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean! All dishes and cookware and appliances you need are included. The resort was great! We had a perfect view of the ocean! There are kayaks, canoes, volleyball and playgrounds for the kids and picnic tables and grills right outside your door. Hotel staff were wonderful! "The Pier House has an excellent location to Duval Street and Mallory Square, but there are numerous opportunities for improvement overall. We enjoyed our dinner entrees on our arrival night, and then drinks at the beach bar a couple of afternoons.
