"The property was as pictured on the Expedia website. The staff was great from the front desk, housekeeping, and bar/restaurant. The room was clean. Perfect for me, my husband, and our toy poodle. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Plus the hotel its self had a nice restaurant and bar with live music at night. I liked that we could bring our dog to stay for free. Great spur of the moment last minute day of booking. We will most definitely be back."

"We've stayed here several times and it's always clean and they have awesome rates. The Beds are more comfortable than some places I've stayed at and paid 3 times what I did at Royal. The Owner is absolutely outstanding he makes sure that everything is acceptable and helpful with knowledge of the area. "It's located on a very busy, noisy street. There wasnt any nature within walking distance, though very convienient access to the toll bridge over to Santa Rosa Island. We ate at Taco Rock next door, excellent meal and prices.The toilet floor area was dirty, the bathtub had non slip that was black with dirt. The light and very loud fan came on when entering and no way to turn off until a sensor decided only if the door was left open. The air was so cold we wore sweatshirts, even when we adjusted...

"Don’t clean the room during your stay. We were from Thursday to Sunday and never clean the bedroom. We asked for clean Towels because they don’t change it."

"The property was under renovation but our room was in excellent condition! New carpet, great king sized bed, nice fresh smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we ever pass that way again."
