Very old budget motel. Bathroom sink very stained, ceiling fan so full of dust that it is wonder it works, shower curtain filthy at the bottom, air con noisy, mugs - one chipped, one with stains. Bed was comfy though and floor heater added lovely warmth on a very cold night.

The property was reasonably priced and was in a convenient location close to shops and the park. A microwave was provided which was a nice surprise and let us heat up our own dinner.

We stayed in Room 8, nice and bright. Also enjoyed a dip in the pool. Noise from the Newell was blunted by closing the bathroom door. A nice park & lake across the road.
