Overall the entire hotel needs a makeover because everything is falling in, things a rusting, the rust in the air conditioning the carpet is coming up at the bottom of the wall the room I stayed in last night just make your skin itch

The hotel is a reasonable value. It's aged with some remodeling of the rooms and new carpets. The beds are decent, not too hard or soft.
