"Everything at the hotel was as good as it gets. Only complaint was about the shuttle service. The driver didn’t seem concerned about our urgency to get to the airport and she had a sour attitude. "

"Pretty much everything. The soaking pool, fantastic food, room was excellent, had a great, quiet nights sleep. Enjoyed Lucky’s. The wine tasting was wonderful, wanted to head back for live music, but so much to do and enjoy. Staff was nice and helpful. Could not have had a better time celebrating my 77th birthday. "

"I was in Portland to see Neko Case in concert at the Roseland theater, which is right down the street from the Hoxton.All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Mercedes, who was the front desk clerk when I checked in, let me borrow a raincoat for walking down to the theater and she also gave me tips for getting into the concert and gave me a clear plastic bag for my belongings. "Super nice efficient staff! Very friendly and helpful! Loved the free shuttle van to and from the airport. Driver was great! We were traveling with our dog and Choice Hotels always makes it so easy! Our room was very nice, everything was working and easy to access. The only concern was that it looked like nobody had cleaned under the bed in a long time. Great breakfast!! Thank you! "
