"Room was very clean! Comfortable King sized bed! Extra pillows and blankets in room. Large bathroom with shamoo/conditioner/ soap provided. Big fluffy towels. Friendly owner and waitress Breakfast was fresh croissants and oatmeal muffins. Homemade jam. Plate of fresh fruits.OJ, coffee and a crustless quiche with ham and cheese! Delicious!"

"Check in was confusing…no instructions were given."

"I called the night before to be assured that i could check in late as I would be traveling from out of the country and was told it would not be a problem. Upon arrival, there was a sign that said staff would not be there after 11pm with a number to call. I called the number about 10 times and no one picked up. I could see my room key sitting on the desk so i grabbed it at which point someone came out to greet me, the maintenance man. There was a slight language barrier which i don't fault him...

"Everything was great. Room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette was fully stocked with real dishes/glassware and cutlery. Breakfast buffet was standard but certainly lots of choices. The lid of the steamer for the hash brown patties was left open (as per the sign) but that meant they were cold when I ate them. Also on our floor you could get snacks from a vending machine but had to go to a different floor for a drink vending machine. I never saw ice. "

"Room was booked on line through Expedia. I booked it for my cousin who has the same last name. She was coming to Orangeville because her Mother had died the day before. When booking, it auto filled my name so I called the hotel to specifically let them know my error. The hotel (I have the name of the staff remember) said I had to change the booking with Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was on the phone for 45 min and then they dropped the call! Disgusting service! If my credit card shows a...

"I was disappointed because the pictures on the website showed a nice clean updated room with a glass enclosed shower. The room I was given was old a rundown, hadn't seen a paintbrush in at least a decade, and had a basic tub in the bathroom. When I asked was told that there were no other room available. They should actually show you the room your getting or update all the rooms. Sadly the inside looks like a dump just like the outside. Next time I'll spend $20 more and go to the Best Western"

"THIS IS A FRAUDULENT LISTING. Don't waste your time and money by booking this property.Unfortuanately I fell into the trap by booking this....got a call from the owner just few hours before the check-in time and was told that someone else has booked the place and my reservation did not go through even though my payment was processed through Expedia. The owner gave some lame excuse and clearly was a cheater. Expedia made an alternative arrangement since they were not able to make contact and was...
