"We booked a while back and when we arrived, we were told they didn't have a room for us. They had our booking confirmation but somehow that didn't mean they saved a room for us. This should have been communicated ahead of time, not when we get there after a long day of traveling. We had an event to get to so this made for a hectic night of trying to find a place to stay, rush to get ready and get to the event. Absolutely unacceptable"

My ex-husband and I went with our 2 kids and it was plenty of space to be able to stay out of each other’s ways. We each had our own balconies, beds, and bathrooms.
