Fontainebleau Miami Beach
Room was runned down. Damaged and dirty doors, towel hooks falling apart, carpet floor transitions pocking thru. Showers not cleaned after cleaning crew was done. Overall impression. I am not sure how is this facility labeled as 5 star hotel.

Mondrian South Beach
This place was excellent, the location is perfectly centered next to Southpoint and Lincoln Avenue, along with Whole Foods right across the street. Everything was fantastic other than the 3 day fire alarm, that was miserable 3 out of the 10 days I stayed. I wish I was informed before.

While the lobby and bars make a stunning first impression, the guest rooms are a massive disappointment. The accommodations feel stuck in 2010, appearing dated and dingy rather than upscale. The pool and spa were very nice amenities. Room was pretty clean and cold for good sleep. The staff were friendly and offered details about marriot amenities. The breakfast buffet was yummy!
