"Pet friendly , staff was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were immaculate with plenty of everything. The bed / bedding was incredibly soft. Normally I bring my own down pillows but I forgot and was quite happy to discover that the pillows at the Hyatt are excellent. Not lumpy and not flat.
We would easily stay there again.
The price on Expedia was actually higher than the hotel which I didn’t like but that’s nothing to do with the hotel. I will address this with Expedia."

"The location is nice and staff is as helpful as they can be considering they were severely understaffed (one person cleaning rooms). The front desk lady had to clean our room. Bugs are an issue. The room wasnt cleaned well before we arrived (there was sand on the floor and in the bed). It wasnt a good experience at all. We wont be coming back, needless to say."

"Literally the cutest little place!!! The back area has a little seating area with rocking chairs and a hammock and some nice cabanas for relaxing. The front check in area was very clean and it did not have that weird overly perfumed smell that a lot of independent hotels have. The room we stayed in was very nice and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The beach was directly across the street but it was late when we got in so i can't really review it. "I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements."

"The room was clean other than the floor. Could use a good scrubbing. The breakfast was just ok. They have a nice swimming pool. Enjoyed that more than anything. I requested wash clothes twice and never got them. The staff, for the most part were friendly. Wouldn't stay again though."

"Our recent stay was significantly impacted by several discrepancies between the hotel's advertised amenities and the actual conditions. Upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning unit was non-functional and appeared to be damaged, despite assurances of a recent replacement. This necessitated the purchase of a personal fan to ensure our comfort.
Furthermore, the "Ocean Beach view" described in the hotel's promotional materials was inaccurate. Our balcony offered a limited view...
