Pior experiencia que já tive na vida quanto ao hotel, olha que eu estava com um grupo de 10 pessoas e todos relataram a mesma coisa. Logo na chegada, todos recepcionistas já com a cara feia, quarto completamente sujo e todos com armários velhos, piso do banheiro quebrado, porta do quarto danificada, quarto com teia de aranha enorme, ar condicionado fedendo mofo, até pedi para trocar de quarto e eles não trocaram. O elevador totalmente precário, de 3 só funciona 1. Café da manhã ridículo, sem opção nenhuma e faltando vários itens. Uma verdadeira vergonha. O quarto do meu cunhado estava com o ralo do chuveiro entupido e os atendentes falaram que não tinha quarto desocupado (sendo que tinha sim), orientaram para que eles descessem e tomassem banho no banheiro dos funcionários. Um total absurdo. Registrei isso tudo com fotos e irei no google fazer essa reclamação. Um hotel desse nível não deveria nem estar em funcionamento. Como foi eu que organizei esse passeio me senti completamente constrangido e envergonhado perante aos meus parentes.
