"Staff was fantastic, so helpful, early check in by 9AM after the overnight ferry from Nice. Room well equipped w kettle and frig, well located just up the street from the Tourist office and large town square. The tourist train took us around town through the old port and up to the citadel. The train driver and guide were great too. Very nice welcome to Corsica. Plenty of pastry shops and restaurants close by as well as the Spar convenience grocery a block away. "Reluctant to write a negative review but, sadly, this motel merits a poor rating. A kind description would be rustic, an honest appraisal would be shoddy and poorly maintained. The room smelt musty, there was mould around cracked tiles in the bathroom, the windows had that hazy look of ingrained dust and grime, the bedroom carpet was ancient & stained and the fabric on the corners of the bed was ripped.
