"Clean room, close to great restaurants"

"Friendly staff and great breakfast room and buffet. We didn't travel with our pup but saw several others."

"The room was clean, comfortable, and the ac worked well during this heat wave.. The outdoor courtyard with magnolia trees is a lovely place to get some work done. The restaurant was solid. Staff is kind and attentive. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"The lampshade near the bed was broken and hanging off the frame. There was no working phone in the room to call the desk. When had to change rooms because in the first room the television didn’t work and again no phone. No one ever checked to see if we needed more towels. We were there for 4 days and never saw a sold. I would not recommend. It has not been kept up. It was nice at one time but I think it changed hands"

"They allowed me to check in early at no extra charge and upgraded my room at no extra charge. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the amenities were wonderful and the room was spotless."

"The property was clearly an older lower quality hotel that Hilton purchased and tried to revamp. It was connected to a Hampton inn. The stench of you smelled when you walked in lingered through the entire hotel. The elevators were sketchy and dirty. The rooms carpet smelled like someone spilled spoiled milk that someone put carpet cleaner and vacuumed. There was rust around the bathroom, no light in the bathroom light fixture. Their wall behind the door felt like if you pushed it would cave in,...

"The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is gorgeous. The restaurant was excellent. But the breakfast in the hotel, not attached to the restaurant, had to be the worst for such a lovely facility. Breakfast was bad."

"Overall, I really liked this hotel. It was extremely clean, all the staff were very helpful (especially Kim!), and the location was perfect. For anyone unfamiliar with the area, it's 5 minutes from the mall and other stores, right across the street from the Barn and the diner, right next to Dunkin Donuts, 30 minutes from the airport and American Dream mall and less than an hour to the city (depending on traffic). I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in the area."

The only think I was disappointed in was that the pool was closed due to mechanical difficulties. I believe when that happens a refund of some minimal amount should be offered. When I booked the pool supposedly had no problems."
