Mesmo adquirindo a estadia em suite privativa, não podemos tentar comparar hostel com hotel. O staff é gentil, educado e muito solicito. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Seria importante uma dedicação maior à manutenção dos quartos. O lugar tem boa localização, bairro tranquilo e bonito.

ホテル内にバーがあり、お酒も楽しめる。 イグアスの滝からは、少し遠いが、バスと徒歩で十分行ける範囲。近くにスーパーなどもあり、立地はそれほど悪くない。部屋は値段相応。スタッフは親切。

Une auberge très sympathique

Nous avons "privatisé" une chambre de 6 ( dortoir !) pour nous trois... Au prix d'une triple ! Grande chambre, grande salle de bain, balcon et accès directe sur terrasse au dessus de la piscine ! Accès libre à la cuisine pour préparer ses repas ! Parfait emplacement car a 5 min à pied de l'arrêt du bus direct sur les chutes d' Iguacu ! Excellents conseils de Fernando à l'accueil pour organiser nos visites en indépendant, il parle un anglais nickel, vous imprimera gracieusement des plans ! Il nous a aussi orientés vers une churrascaria du quartier ...quel délice !

A great hostel experience

The facilities are what is to be expected for a hostel. Rooms are decent and bathrooms are decent, but this is not a hotel so do not expect top notch facilities. The staff is excellent and go out of their way to accommodate needs. The environment is very suitable for chilling out and making new friends. I will miss the friends I made at the hostel and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a warm hostel experience.

Clean room & friendly staff service!

We stayed for 2 nights in a private room with ensuite bathroom and was amazed that we can actually walk barefooted in the room. The floor is literally squeaky clean. They have daily cleaning for the room which we declined as our stuff was all around the place. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They reply promptly through email & Facebook Enquires too. Speaks excellent English! The location is conveiently located near the supermarkets. A slightly difficulty in locating which bus stop to board and alight from. Some of the bus stops only have a signboard of a bus. Will be good for them to have a drawn out map to pin point the location of the bus stops. A straight bus to the iguazu falls and airport. They also tie up with an excellant tour group that leads us to Argentina. We walk about 20 mins to an Italian diners. Not so sure about other dining options. They also serve breakfast which is simple but sufficient, with tea, coffee, jams, bread, toaster, fruits and cakes. Nice! Would definitely recommend this place!

Não é hotel...é uma sobrado sem estrutura.

Este local não é um hotel, é um sobrado velho sem estrutura. E não aceita cartão de crédito, somente em dinheiro.Pagamos adiantado e fomos para o quarto, mas não tinha água para tomar banho, ficamos sujos e suados e pedimos para a dona do hotel e não resolveu nada, e ainda o hotel tinha um gato que entrava dentro do quarto que segundo a dona do hotel o gato falava só em inglês, absurdo, absurdo, reclamamos e pedimos que precisaríamos de um mínimo de conforto, a dona falou que se quissemos conforto que teríamos que ir para outro hotel, fomos muito mal atendidos e a dona(Ruiva) é muito grossa no seu atendimento. Não recomendo a ninguém, Fomos para outro hotel que é o mesmo valor de R$ 140,00 e mil vezes melhor.

非常に残念でした

キッチン付ということで予約したが、共同のキッチンすら使用できなかった。バス・トイレ付のはずが、共同だった。それらを伝えたが、言い訳やホステル側の都合ばかりで、少しの謝罪も無し。プールがあると自慢されたが、メンテナンスされておらず、泳げる状態ではなかった。朝食も非常に簡単なもの。同様の価格で条件の良いホテルが他にいくらでもあっただけに残念だった。ブラジルで１ヵ月、あんなに不快な思いは初めてだった。オーナー以外のスタッフは比較的、感じが良かった。
