"This is not an official Holiday Inn hotel, and there is no Holiday Inn logo to be found outside the property. The staff member, Lina, was unfriendly and extremely rude when communicating with guests. Her behavior came across as discriminatory toward certain ethnic groups, which is completely unacceptable. ..."
