My room was not clean when I arrived at 10:30pm. The receptionist and bar staff were amazing, but because the hotel was sold out we were sent to another hotel. Legitimately baffled by the good reviews. Like, sure, it's a full kitchen with in-unit laundry in a decent location for a reasonable price, but there's so much wrong with it.
