"The property was very nicely loaded in the center of Cesky Krumlov. The view of the apartment was great. Size of the apartment is good. However the check-in instruction was terrible. The email sent earlier indicates a different property location. No parking related information at all. It didn’t alert guests that there is no parking allowed in the town. No parking lot recommendation. As we were redirected to the actual property with a large piece of luggage, the receptionist didn’t understand...

"Es gab Schimmel im Bad, alles dreckig, egal ob im Badezimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer oder in der Toiletten. Es wurde nur Oberflächlich geputzt. Der Check-In war auch nicht gut. Uns hat man gesagt, dass wir einen Link zum anmelden bekommen und das schon 2 Tage vorher, habe es aber am gleichen Tag dann erst nach 4x nachfragen bekommen und der Link kam auch erst nach dem wir in dem Apartment waren. "From the seamless check in no hassle when you arrive to the brand new, freshly renovated suites, this place is perfect and absolutely spotlessly clean. They have on site parking and a super convenient location near the train station, and it's walkable from everywhere restaurants, shops, the whole thing. My suite was fully stocked with utensils, a washer and detergent, and the Wi Fi was actually fast! Can't wait to come back!"

"This place is highly recommended. Very clean, friendly and attentive host and 5 min walk to the hearth of gorgeous Czesky Krumlov. You can drive directly to the property and they also offer parking for a reasonable fee. Perfect place for a family holiday!"

Unfortunately we were only told the morning of arrival that the private jacuzzi on the patio was not functioning, which was the whole reason we chose this property and paid significantly more than other hotels in the area. Management offered us an extra free night but our other travel was already booked. They said they couldn’t offer a discount for our stay since we booked through hotels.com.
