"I was initially put next to a very loud talking woman, who I think was part of a road construction crew who was having an argument with a man, and the walls seemed paper thin. It was late and I needed to get up very early so I asked to be put in another room away from other guests and my request was honored. After finally moving all my things I got a good rest. "I had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a whirlpool suite, and it made my visit even more enjoyable. The extra space and relaxing whirlpool were a fantastic bonus. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. I found the ADA features frustrating as a non ADA user. There was plenty of room for two hooks on the bathroom door, but all heights were lowered for ADA. Our towels touched the floor,...
