"There was a snafu at check in and I got the keys for the wrong room. The front desk staff caught the error before I reached the room and called me and had the right keys waiting when I came back. Yes, it was an error at check in; but, it was very quickly and professionally handled."

"The room was nice, clean, the bed comfortable and enough pillows. The breakfast was good and plenty of variety. The room is very close to the Airport and the car rentals. Enjoyed our stay."
