"we never stayed at the apartment we could not find the building with that name, and when we called the number on the invoice we was told to get access we need to pay another 500 euros deposit and on your site you tell people not to pay 3rd party, so we stayed at the apartment in your picture but not the same name, and we had to pay again and with no 500 euro deposit "

"Got lovely and clean room, was upgrade free of charge to king size bed room in quiet part of hotel as work was taking place outside hotel. Would have liked a fan or air con as it was very warm through the night. Very pleasant staff on reception "
