Hotel is outdated. The renovation is very required. Ventilation and air conditioning in the guest room was very bad. Experienced some unwanted smell in the room. It has only a benefit for approaching the Canal City Fukuoka as the hotel is a part of the Canal City Fukuoka, I could choose a lot of meals and do shopping for some selected brands.

It was a a good value. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable. You pay extra for the breakfast but it was very good.

An affordable alternative to the Hyatt next door. But like the Hyatt, it's attached to the Canal City Mall, so it's got many food and shopping options in addition to the restaurant. Rooms are small, but affordable and the location is a very short taxi ride to Hakata Station. On a nice day, you can also walk to the station. There's also a bus stop in front of the hotel.

I was not happy with the property from the start. Not easy to locate. Parking was terrible. Staff was overwhelmed and did not fully explain payment t. The whole hotel stunk of cigarette smoke BecUse it is a smoking hotel. It was gross.

The entire hotel stinks of tobacco, especially outside of the room. I needed to hold my breath every time I return to the hotel and need to walk through the lobby. Only 1 card key is provided, regardless the number of occupants. The bed is ok, but the pillows were half beads half cotton, making it uncomfortable.

First of all, they don't mention online that this hotel doesn't come with air conditioning. You're supposed to open the window and allow the cold air to come in. But the hotel is adjacent to the shopping center where the water show music comes on every 15 minutes so leaving the window open allows the noise to come into the room even in the late hours. The best thing about this hotel is that it's attached to canal city mall. The front desk women (japanese) was really nice in handling my luggage delivery. The Indian woman at the front desk was very rude and should not be working at the front of the house at all!!!! I will not be staying here in the future.

호텔측의 실수로 저희의 예약은 받아들여지지 않았습니다 분명히 유효한 예약이였으나 호텔에서는 호텔스닷컴에 확인하라는 말뿐 자신들의 잘 못을 확인조차 하지 않고 고객을 무시하기만 하였습니다 저는 이 태도가 굉장히 실망스러 웠습니다 (최종확인은 직원의 예약자 이름 체크 실수!!!!) 이 과정에서 호텔스닷컴은 최선을 다하여 상담원이 도와 주었습니다 정말 감사합니다 우리 가족의 2틀간 일정중 하루는 로비에서의 대기와 컴플레인으로 완전히 절망적이었습니다 Our reservation was not accepted due to the hotel's mistake. Obviously, it was a valid reservation, but the hotel only told us to check with the hotel. They didn't even check their mistakes and ignored our customers. I was very disappointed in this attitude (The final confirmation is an employee's mistake in checking the name of the reservation!!!!) In this process, the hotel did its best and the counselor helped me. Thank you very much One day of my family's two-day schedule was completely hopeless with the atmosphere in the lobby and complaints
