"Property and room were clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed. Kitchen area in room is nice and convenient. Courtyard with fire pit and grill was nice for relaxing as well as various indoor gathering spots. Reception was lacking and nothing like it used to be. Breakfast was fair and served its purpose. Nothing that stands out above the rest. Staff were friendly."

"I booked a last minute room for a great deal. Check-in via the app was easy, and it only took me less than a minute to get my key at the front desk. The room was very clean. USB and C charger are available in a wall mounted feature (which you’d think you’d see more of in hotels, but not really!) —the beds are very comfortable. I had no issues and slept well. My only suggestion to the hotel staff, and especially when it’s a woman traveling alone: avoid announcing the room number out loud when you hand the key to the guest. It’s just an extra layer of safety. Otherwise, I’m very pleased with my stay, and would recommend this as a cheaper, clean alternative to pricey tourist stays when you’re traveling the short distance to the Dells."
