"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. "Wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern, schönem Wellness- und Schwimmbadbereich, super Aussicht auf Oberstdorf und die Lage ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wundervoll und der Mittagssnack abwechslungsreich. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben ist ein Dampfbad. "I was disappointed that staff made me feel like I was an imposition, particularly Uta Tobisch. The other staff made some effort but a far cry from other areas across Europe that I’ve visited. I stayed for two weeks for a figure skating competition and my room was far from the main restaurant, cleaned only every other day, and I constantly had to request more toilet paper.
